"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"The Technician was on time and friendly. He diagnosed the problem right away and was honest with me about what we should do. Unfortunately, it meant that we would have to purchase a new dryer. I would definitely use High-Tech Appliance Repair again."

"I had a question about microwave repair. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately new parts are no longer available for model in question. He gave me part # if I wanted to call around for a used part somewhere. Got lots of good info."

"Their price to repair was higher than replacement (no fault of their's) and Samsung's parts are the problem (they use dissimilar metals for basket and spinner support that corrode quickly and then clog the water pump). I will replace, but with Whirlpool Duet at their recommendation."
