"I was initially very happy with the work and the progress being made on the two bathrooms but as time went by, the project was being neglected as, I assume other jobs took precedent and the communication became nil. The plumber was a disaster making multiple mistakes and leaving a filthy mess behind after working in the house, including leaving tools on our bed and the old toilet in the bedroom, rather than bringing it to his truck or the basement. The job kept dragging on and as it did, Mike was getting more frustrated and angry with us! He had two workmen, one of whom always smelled of alcohol and was constantly having health problems. After months of labor and bad feelings between us, I wanted the job done and the workmen gone, even though my shower does not drain. Now, every time I take a shower, I have to kick the water into the drain with my foot and soak it up with a wash cloth which takes time. It is infuriating after all the money I paid and the incredibly long time it took."

From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
