"Chris came out to my house to fix 2 doors. He fixed 1, and after several calls and texts and over 1 month waiting, he has not given me anything that I asked for. Chris is a friendly guy, but he has completely dropped the ball on communication with me or follow up or completing the job. I fixed my 2nd door after I gave him many chances and lots of time. I would not trust him with another project."

"Had a door that didn't align with other cupboards. Worked on it for a month. Got it fixed. Couple of days later in the middle of the night, it fell off completely. FixForte was listed so I called them. Mark came out a couple of days later. Had it hung and aligned in about 45 minutes, which included a trip to Home Depot for parts. Very satisfied. Would recommend them and will call them anytime i need help."
