"The installation was completed satisfactorily. We also had some other plumbing questions which they addressed. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also gave us a senior discount."

"My extended family always use Bob Larson Plumbing for all non-DYI plumbing projects. The prices are fair and they don't talk you into things you don't need. The staff is friendly and professional. Our recent water heater installation was a little difficult due to the age of the original heater and plumbing. The technicians worked diligently to figure out the problems which, ultimately, required an electrician and came back as soon the electrician had replaced a breaker. Don't hesitate to call Bob Larson Plumbing!"

"Found on Angie's List and called for service. We replaced a sink and countertop unit in a bathroom with a one-piece unit. I planned on using the previous valve assembly (with an old style permanently attached supply line) and attaching it to the faucet. Of course it leaked and having done these valve replacements in the past I knew what a pain it was and I just didn't want to go thru the frustration again. I called BP and made an appointment. Billy showed up right on time, introduced himself, did the work; no muss no fuss. I had a new drain assembly so he used that but used his own valves and new supply lines. The price I show reflects a coupon discount, otherwise it would have been $156. Definitely recommend and use again! <br />"

"<p>Called on 8/9/15 regarding a on-emergent leak that I thought might be the hot water heater, and scheduled for the next day. Was told the plumber would call before arriving, with an arrival window of between 2 and 4. </p> <p>The plumber did NOT call ahead, but did arrive at 3pm. I didn't get her name, (sorry about that) but she was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options without any high pressure sale. I live in a mobile home, so the water heater is elevated about 3.5 feet off the ground. She couldn't do the job on her own, and no one was available to come out that day. She called the office and we rescheduled for noon the next day. Not a problem, since it was not an emergency. I asked her to please call ahead so I could be sure to be home when she got there. She said she would. </p> <p>She arrived the next day on time, but again did NOT call ahead to let me know. Annoying, but far, far from a deal breaker. The person that was supposed to help her didn't show, but didn't mention it until the job was done, and she installed the tank BY HERSELF. I was very impressed! She did an excellent job, cleaned up after herself, was courteous and professional. The job was done at the price I was quoted and in a timely manner. </p> <p>I think I've found my long term plumbing service! In The Plumbing & Drain Co can tell who the plumber was, please give her my thanks for a job well done. </p> <br />"

"Two weeks earlier we had Washington Plumbing and Heating clear a clogged toilet soil pipe after our housecleaner lost a sponge down the toilet. The charge was $196 including tax and standard service-call fee. The job was apparently done successfully, but the toilet again became clogged a few days ago. We called again to make another unclogging appointment. The technician arrived on time, unclogged the toilet with more robust equipment, and -- without any evidence that the two clogs were related, refused any payment -- not even a tip! <br>"

"After calling 4 different plumbing companies to install my water heater FAST was the one I chose due to their responsiveness and clarity in answering my questions before the sale. I had completed research on a 12 year warranted, self cleaning Rheem tank I wanted to replace my current aging AOSmith. FAST was able to provide the tank, delivering and installed it on the day agreed with no issues. Since I'm somewhat handy I had a lot of questions for Dan, the installation tech which he answered professionally and in detail. I appreciated his organized installation process keeping his tools tidy and his workspace clean. His new install looks cleaner and more professional the the original install with all hoses tucked away neatly and no excess lines cluttering the space. Also last but not least I really appreciated Dan keeping his mask on through the whole process and respecting social distancing with COVID precautions."
