"They did good work. The only problem was that they kind of lost track of one of our checks. They called us about that a couple of times because they were sure they had not received a check, which they had, because they had deposited it. They did a really clean job and did not leave a mess. We were a small job so we were kind of fit in-between a couple of other jobs, I think. I used them because I think they had good ratings and comments on Angie's List."

He takes what he does very seriously and keeps up with modern technology, which isn’t easy for smaller contractors. At all times it was obvious to me that he had our best in mind. "Kairos is owned and run by women which we appreciated when we worked with them as two women.  They were punctual, and communicative, and also just great people that I was happy and comfortable with having in my home.  All of the staff are experts in many skills, and they have extended experts- i.e. a journeyman electrician- on staff to help/consult if they run in to anything hairy at your hours- ours is old, and of course this happened.  They also educated me so that in the future I could do a lot of these jobs myself, or even related jobs based on the same skills.  When we ran in to things, I never felt like they were short cutting, or anything that would compromise the quality of the work, and rather that they were going out of their way to make sure that the work was done in a way that they would want done in their own homes.  I'd definitely use them again, and I know it'd be a great job, with some great women.
