I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

On the CHD website, there was an identical tub/shower that CDH resurfaced so I felt confident that they could do the work. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two men from CHD showed up on time, they were courteous, picked up after themselves and did the work as planned (about 4 hours of work). Despite the exhaust fan and hose to direct the fumes outside of the house, be aware that there will be a solvent/chemical odor that will persist and then disappear over a couple of days."
