I purchased their $79 sewer clean out deal, but in the process of doing that work Wes determined that my main sewer line was broken and was totally clogged with roots.  He was able to get it cleared enough to function, but my big concern then was how to pay for the repair.  He spoke with his boss and they were able to reduce their estimate by approximately $500.  He came back on a cold, snowy day to make the repair and also eased my mind about any future concerns due to the invasive trees in my neighborhood.

Not only did John excel and exceed my expectations on-site but so did his wife. She not only got us scheduled promptly, allowing for install time if I chose to hire them, but also was flexible when I encountered a last minute need to change our scheduled appointment due to personal illness. They recognized my husband's service by providing a military/veteran discount. The installation was nearly half the price of even the most affordable companies and the on site/in home quote was free. You can't beat that especially when you ask them to complete the task in the same appointment and they succeeded completing it it's remarkable. In less than 1 hour I had a brand new toilet installed and the other removed and hauled away. I have saved their information for future use. FYI - - my only heads up is that at this time they do not accept credit carda. However, they accept cash and check. That would be the only small snag that took come up."
