"Excellent. Three weeks after the storm Wyndhill was loading our roof with supplies. The following week the workers replaced the roof and did it in just one day. They arrived at 6:30 am and left at 7 pm. They were fast but still did a very nice job. They used quality materials and even gave us a few extra attic vents at no additional cost. They sent the guys who replaced our gutters and downspouts just 2 days after the roof was replaced and then replaced the spark arrestor caps another few days after that. We are please with all of the work."

"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Our eight year old Whirlpool washer began showing Error Code F35 and would not function.  I called ProServ and arranged for an appointment the next day.  The serviceman arrived promptly and was quickly able to find the cause of the problem -- a faulty pressure sensor.  Unfortunately, this was not a part stocked locally, and so it had to be ordered from a distribution center.  The new sensor arrived two days later, and was installed the same day.  Voila, the washer was fixed!

Regarding pricing: the initial diagnosis was $50; the part (which cost less than a dollar to make) cost $132; the remaining repair charge was $108.  Given that the serviceman needed to make two trips, I think ProServ's labor charge was fair.  I checked online the price of the Whirlpool genuine replacement part, and that cost was simply passed along to me with a negligible, if any, mark up.

I gave ProServ the highest possible positive review because the company earned it.  ProServ was quick in its response, diagnosed and fixed the problem as rapidly as practicable, and was fair in its pricing.

"They arrived on time, and quickly solved and repaired both problems within 30 minutes. As jobs go, this one was very easy, but Justin (I think that was his name) made sure to FIX what was wrong, instead of telling me I had to have a more expensive service. We lucked out on this one, seeing as the house was built in 1984, it could very possibly have been needing a rewiring, or replacing the housing unit for the outside socket that was not working. A very efficient and friendly team!!! I loved their professionalism, and quality of work."

"Door Replacement - more work than originally thought but was due to change in codes requiring fire rated door. Since an interior door was being replaced with an exterior door there was a size difference which required reframing the door jam. They walked me through the process of why and how and proceeded.
Deck repairs - more damage that orginally known as structural members were not exposed. Once exisitng stairs were remove there was considerable rot. Offered alternate solutions for handrail. Discussed material options. Provided game plan for repair. Purchased needed materials. Deck repairs completed and handrail added.
Existing electrical outlet changed out to provide plug for garage door opener that had been installed using an extension cord.
The work was more time intense but they stuck with the job until completed in the same in order to work with my travel schedule.
Great all around knowledge of the construction trades. Methodical and kept a clean job site. Kept me up to speed on each project.

"Joe came out to do a bid on pressure washing, staining and painting our home outside of Woodland Park. He gave us an honest and fair bid using Messmer’s Exterior oil based stain. David and his crew came up 2 weeks later and did an amazing job of pressure washing the house and repairing holes/cracks on siding & trim boards. A few days later they were back masking the windows and started staining. Total of 3 days to do staining and painting trim and garage door. They cleaned up all masking materials and our home looks amazing!"
