"We called M & S Fencing after recent wind storms knocked down a very large tree and destroyed 40 feet of chain link fence. Our main concern was keeping wild animals out of the yard. Tyler promptly came out to assess the damage and even though they have lots of work scheduled, Tyler and his crew were willing to fit my repair job in on a day after completing a larger job. I'm sure the crew was tired and hot that late afternoon but, everyone was friendly and polite. They worked hard and did a beautiful repair that blended in perfectly. Tyler showed genuine concern about keeping our costs low and we are very pleased with the great value and workmanship. This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

"Tom and Steve are very professional and do most of the work themselves. Part of what attracted us to them is that between the two of them they are certified in plumbing and electrical. They also do excellent tile work. This was a very complex job that involved demolition of the existing space, drafting plans and obtaining permits, re-engineering the structure below a stairway, reframing and finishing the area, running new sewage drains for a bathroom in an area that had previously been a closet, running new drain pipes from an upstairs bathroom, installing a window, moving a hot water heater, flooring including both tile and hardwood, creating a tile shower, and probably even more than I can think of or remember.
I truly can't say enough about Tom and Steve. Through all the demolition work, they did a very good job of keeping the rest of the house as clean as possible by creating plastic sheet barriers even through the work was all happening in a previously windowless area of our house. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and let us know the challenges that might arise. They were always on time, did what they said they would do, and I find them both to be good trustworthy individuals. They also do excellent expert-craftsman level work. I will be hiring them again this fall to do some other less substantial work and would hire them again.
