"Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"

They provide transparent estimates, and their team of pros for every trade is well versed with building codes, to do the job right the first time with zero issues during inspection. Juan and his team converted our attached 484 square foot garage into a beautiful, energy efficient ADU that “looks like it was always there”! Juan corrected mistakes made by the architect and added upgrades to our foundation required by the county, all with sensible solutions at minimal cost. Juan has attention to detail that will catch small things the average person, including the homeowner, will overlook. He is never satisfied with “just ok”….he aims for and achieves perfection! We actually missed him and his entire crew when the job was finished! They were all very friendly, yet professional in every respect. Don’t trust just anyone with your hard earned money and family home. You NEED a trustworthy leader like Juan, who will give you a fair price for exceptional work. Don’t trust a company that sends a representative that is only good for pricing at the high end to collect a commission! Cut out the middleman and go direct with Juan. He has my number and knows he can always ask someone to call me for a real life and honest assessment of him, his work and company. A home is never done, and we’re glad to have Juan as “a friend we can trust”, for all future projects. And for the record we did not know him until we awarded our project to Skykine, so that says a lot!!!"

"I would highly recommend American Home Improvement to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel. David was our project manager and he was always on top of everything that needed to be done. He was always friendly and easy to get in contact with, even if it was just to answer a quick question about the project. The whole team at American Home Improvement really made us feel like they were invested in our project and wanted us to be happy with the end result. I especially appreciated how responsive everyone was throughout the process!"

"We had a wonderful experience with Rick and his crew. We did a major kitchen remodel and were up against a tight deadline since I was pregnant at the time and we needed everything done before the baby arrived. The guys were so kind and cleaned up after themselves every day, they even went above and beyond to make the construction area look nice for our baby shower. I will say if you haven’t done any projects since COVID you’re going to get sticker shock because of how costly things are nowadays. Rick’s price was in line with other quotes we got, but has multiple crews that he manages and was able to start the next week. Also, if you are doing any structural work you MUST go with Rick. We had to remove a load bearing wall to open up our floor plan and while they were in the attic, Rick spotted some previous work done that was not to code. They fixed that beam as well and now we feel so safe in this house. We are SO happy with the finished product! It’s our dream kitchen."
