"We remodeled most of our house this past year since we were working from home and it was long overdue. We had a few decent contractors(and a few not so decent) but the best by far was Hardscapes LLC. Our backyard has a steep hill and the rain has eroded the hill over the years to the point of seeing a lot of tree roots. We also only had about 8 feet of usable yard past the patio that was pea gravel. Hardscapes came in and put a retaining wall that gave us 30 feet of usable yard and a concrete patio. The 5-6 man crew really took their time to make sure everything was done right. They made a mess out of the driveway and street as expected with multiple truckloads of dirt and gravel…but not only did they hose the driveway down, but all 5 guys took 2-3 hours to scrape the compacted dirt from the driveway and the street, and then hose down again. I was planning on buying a power washer when I was done, but it was not needed. And we made no request of the clean up. Adam just said that he hates to leave a mess. Adam was great to work with. Answered calls the same day from start to finish and never took more than an hour or so to answer a text….unheard of these days. It did take them a few months to get started because they were so busy but Adam was very up front about timelines and weather delays. We felt like we got a fair price for the work that was done compared to quotes that we have gotten in the past, but it was a fantastic price when you take into account the service. Adam conducts business the way EVERY contractor should. I just wish he did bathroom remodeling!"

"These guys were great! The prices were competitive, they completed the work within 2 days and the customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend to any one looking to install a retaining wall."

"I highly recommend Corona Landscaping!! They landscaped a large hill on our property (which included installing two sets of stairs), created a paved/brick walkway to match a patio already in place, and installed multiple drain lines to direct water on our property away from the driveway when it rains. Miguel and his crew are very professional, listened to our ideas and made wonderful suggestions regarding our projects. The crew worked continuously from beginning to end of the project until it was completed to our satisfaction. Wonderful experience overall, and will be contacting them for landscaping needs in the future!!"

"Alex did a fabulous job. Fireplace looks brand new. He set up a remote and switch on the wall. He was professional and a pleasure to work with."

"Service performed was excellent from the initial estimate to when work performed. They arrived on time, did exactly what was asked for...did a full days worth of yard cleanup and ultimately light landscaping (gardening, mulching, laying out new walk paths) to enhance what they did. Since the first job they have come back a couple times to perform add on services, furthering my yard renovation project.. I think I’ve found my long term landscaping service provider."

"Sales person, Chris, is easy to deal with; the 3 installer guys worked quickly and the workmanship turned out really well; Only slight issue was we waited for about 2 weeks for one gate that was not delivered on time of scheduled installation to be finally installed. But overall, we're satisfied with the job result!"

"We've worked with a lot of contractors. Outdoor Artisan is the best we've ever worked with. First off, we interviewed many companies for this project. We were amazed at how many didn't show, promised quotes and didn't deliver, had no ideas and asked us to come up with a plan, or were completely overpriced for unimaginative or cookie cutter ideas. We wanted something that was unique, well made, and beautiful. From the outset, it was a pleasure to talk to the owner's wife, Tracey, who was kind, courteous, and responsive. Clive, the owner, came out and listened to our ideas and asked us some critical questions about how we wanted to use our patio. He was extremely thoughtful and didn't rush through the design process. The design he created was absolutely what we wanted and it wasn't "over the top" - or too much for the size and style of our home. They communicated with us every step of the way, from when they were going to first arrive, all the way through final punch list items. The workers were polite and clean. When they finished for the day, everything was washed down, swept up and put away. When we wanted to upgrade some pavers during installation, Clive and his right hand man, Jason, were very helpful with the selection and made adjustments to their orders and schedules to get it done. When they started to lay stone and the color/design didn't work, they didn't just keep going and complete it in a way that we didn't like. They stopped and told us that they didn't like it, we agreed, and changed the color and design. We are so used to contractors that do not do what they say they will do. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares about their commitments and reputation. Everyone who has seen our patio has been blown away. It is a work of art and a joy to just sit and look at. It has been two years since installation and we have had no problems. Gorgeous in every way. We are now moving. The patio was a huge selling point and allowed us to get a lot more money for our home than other comps in our neighborhood. We have already contacted Clive to have Outdoor Artisan do our patio at our new home. Thank you Outdoor Artisan!"

Tim Hodges showed up as scheduled and listened to the work I wanted done following an engineer's inspection. He then measured the property where the work was to be done.Later I received  an e-mail with  a drawing of the property with the work to be done including detailed measurements and pricing. Several alternative upgrades were priced out separately for me to consider.

After a lengthy delay on my part the work was scheduled several months later and the  crew began as scheduled to perform the repairs and upgrades.
The work went well and the worker  team was very conscientious and courteous. They cleaned up every day and were eager to do little extras as well.
I asked them to return for a minor issue and they returned and rearranged a pipe for better flow into my yard at no charge.
