"They are far overpriced from all other companies. They charged extra for every single thing .. to dig up the septic lids...to use an air blower... for extra hose.. They pumped the septic then realized this didnt clear the drain line therefore charged extra to use another tool to clear it. $600 for a pump seems unreasonable."

"My husband started this project then ran out of time and did not have the appropriate tools to complete the job.  I called McCoy, who I found on Angie's List and asked them if they could come out soon, since my sink was out of commission.  They worked me in on that very day, and famous Eddie, whom I had read all about in these reviews.
He was very punctual, friendly, and helpful.  He explained in detail what he was doing and even gave me advice about one of the toilets as to whether to repair or replace.  He suggested several options to consider at different costs, which I very much appreciated since I am on a very strict budget.
Even more impressive:  Two days later, I ran my dishwasher for the first time, and suds seeped out of the bottom!  Alarmed, I called McCoy and they sent Eddie back out immediately.  I was very grateful for their responsiveness.  It turns out that Eddie had not done anything incorrectly;  it was just an unfortunate coincidence with the pump going out on the dishwasher.
I think that McCoy did an awesome job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber, and I would request Eddie as well!

"Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. I saw the reviews for the Crawlspace Medic and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made. Sharon, Paul and Stanley were great; they made the process very easy and efficient from the initial phone call to the installation. Paul came out to do the initial visit (11/14) and assured me he had seen much worse and his company had developed methods to do all the necessary repairs from underneath the house leaving the current bathroom intact. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. Crawlspace medic is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services."

"Morris Jenkins is very reliable and their customer service is top notch - which is a make-or-break deal for me. I have my AC and furnace with MJ and I'm happy they have added plumbing. Ralph was my plumber and he's awesome! Very friendly, we joked around a lot, yet very professional. He was honest and gave me direct answers to all my questions, never once sugar coating or trying to sell me anything. Great experience, as always with MJ. My only "negative" review on MJ is they are very pricey compared to other places! But considering I've dealt with every mom & pop shop out there and have been scammed by several people, I budget and save for MJ to do the work cause I trust them 100%."

"Queen City Plumbing was one of three quotes obtained for this repair and by far the most comprehensive and reasonable. They came out on a Saturday to provide a quote and scheduling the work was effortless. The technicians arrived prompted on the day of service and I did not have to remain at home for the work to be completed. When they finished, I was emailed pictures of each phase of their work and my lawn was repaired from their digging. Will hire again for any other plumbing work needed in my home."
