"From Start to Finish this Project went Great. Stan the man came to my home and worked with me to get the right products and good quotation for what we Needed. No oversell, or extensive presentation involved. The owner Matt Wheeler came out during quoting and installation as well to make sure everything was as promised. Additionally the installation team of Tony, Mike, and Marshall were as professional as they come, making sure every detail of the installation was perfect. "They replaced all of my windows in 2008 but had to call them back out. they didn't include any drip cap or caulking over the windows. That allows rain to get inside and then wood rots. What kind of window company doesn't know this? Fast forward 11 years later when I'm preparing to sell my house. I request replacement parts for windows that aren't working properly. This should have all been included under warranty but all I hear is complaining about they shouldn't have to deal with it. I call the production manager monthly, for a year, to find out the status of my parts. He always promises to call me back but never does. Every time I ask him about the status, he tries to blame me saying I didn't do my part. I finally sell my house for less money because we didn't fix the window issues. Do not trust this company to install the windows correctly or honor the warranty!"
