"Ed is a very sincere person who does great work. My newly cleaned and stained deck looks great. I will be hiring him in the future."

"The job was done efficiently and quickly. But I had to buy a 2x12 board and brackets for the worker to stand on. There was a lot of over spray left from not being masked well. I had to replace a porch light and I painted the porch deck because of all the over spray."

"Very glad we hired Defiance Detail for power-washing decks, porch, retaining walls, sidewalk and garage apron. Brandon also stained the retaining walls and deck. Great jobs. Punctual, good communication, fair price. Will gladly call them again!"

"Attention to detail. They pressure washed and sealed our decks. Removed everything from them and put it back when they finished. Polite and Professional. We will hire their services again."

"Mark Spencer checked our exterior door that had become difficult to lock and unlock. He identified possible solutions that we will try to pursue with the door installer. I wish we had used Legacy Window & Door when we had the door installed in 2015."

"He was thorough and got the job done right. Very friendly and gave good advice. Would use again."

"Upon uncovering a leak during a rain, I emailed Maximus Contracting through Angie's List. They were my 3rd email sent but the previous 2 had other things going on and couldn't accommodate the 1-2 day appointment I needed to prevent further leak damage. Eric (Owner) was very responsive and responded to my email quickly. Upon return call, he said he could have someone there that day. Leo arrived and immediately assessed the situation and explained the required repairs to me. Upon his call to Eric and then Eric's call to me to discuss the repair cost, I was very satisfied with the agreed-to price. Eric even had Leo caulk the vent above the garage with no increase in cost. Leo left to get materials and returned in about 20 minutes. The actual repairs took him about 1.5 hours and after cleaning up, he was there for about 3 hours. The weather looked like rain and it did rain that evening and the next day, so I am grateful to Eric for answering my email and acting promptly. I will go back to Maximus General Contracting for any future home repairs.
