"I needed a new fence installed in the backyard of my house. Though another company also responded I chose Lucas Renovate & Repair. Mr. Mark Lucas responded quickly to my posting. And came to my house the same day to talk and survey the area. The other company called, sent me a link to a google map of my backyard and asked me to trace (draw) my fence and upload it to their site. Then after someone review the uploaded images, I'll get a call from a Project Manager to schedule someone to survey my backyard. Really? I like in person conversation when it comes to conducting business for my house. The price Mark quoted me was cheaper and the quality of work was outstanding. He used a lot more cement than needed to set the new fence posts. And here's the best part, Mark torn down my old fence and everything with it. And installed my new fence in 2 weeks all by himself.
