"I had the roofs replaced and skylights on my 5 bedroom ranch house with attached garage and re-roof a detached gambrel roofed barn. Bevins also installed aluminum trim, vinyl soffit around the house and replaced all the gutters. All the jobs couldn't have gone better! "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"I first contacted Atlantic Roofing Services by phone May 9th, on May 10, it was done. Mike came out on May 9th. He walked the roof and he explained to me the repairs necessary to stop the leak and suggested preventative work as well. He gave me an estimate and a start date upon my approval. Mike showed up on time with 2 other roofers and knocked out the job in less than an hour and a half. He cleaned up and hauled away all debris. As you know, this is roofing and only time and rain will tell the quality, but I observed all work and I believe they have stopped the leak using quality parts, materials, and workmanship. My roof is 15 years old and will need full replacement in 5 to 8 years. I will call them first. Do call Mike at Atlantic Roof Services for your roofing needs.

"They removed the roof and they replaced it. They also replaced the wood trim that was wrapped around the roof too. Workers were prompt in the morning and had the old roof off in about 2 hrs. There was extensive wood rot to the fire resistant plywood, but they handled it like professionals. Because so much wood had to be replaced they barely got done before the sun went down but someone from the company came out the next morning to make sure my property was cleaned and clear of all debris."

"The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
