"The repairman was nice and explained what could happen if the pipes had to be taken apart. However he did a simple snake in the sink drain which took a very short time. I thought the $350 price he quoted me was IF the pipes had to be taken apart which they did not. So I had to pay $350 less a $40 coupon from Angie's List. Roto-Rooter local manager did call when I complained about the price and offered a $35 credit which of course, I never received. There is a six month warrenty on the work but $350 is still a very high "flat" rate for a simple drain snake."
