In addition, we asked him to construct a roof over our front entrance door which involved adding support columns and cutting our handrails to fit the columns. "I consider it a great privilege to leave this review for RLC contracting. Rick and Linda Jenkins are true professionals and your satisfaction is their goal. We had them convert half of our garage into a laundry/utility room. With my husband and I getting older,we made some renovations to our home to enhance out ability to remain here for a long time. Our laundry was located in the garage and we had to schlep baskets up and down cement steps. It became apparent this wasn’t going to last too much longer. So we contacted Rick and Linda and they assisted us in the process of being able to “age in place”. Both are very knowledgeable in this area and were great resources. Rick was highly complimented by our local building inspector and Linda runs a tight ship. We were informed of each step of the process and the craftsmanship is outstanding. We love our new laundry room and with the COVID-19 we loved having a place to put extra supplies. Towards the end of that project, we approached them about building a deck on the back of the house. Again, flawless craftsmanship. And again, as the building inspector stood on the deck, he told me how impressed he was with the work that had been done. Yeah. It’s that good. We would not hesitate recommending RLC Contracting to anyone and would delight in the opportunities to do so. We are thrilled with our new room and the huge deck that now grace our home."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"I had the roofs replaced and skylights on my 5 bedroom ranch house with attached garage and re-roof a detached gambrel roofed barn. Bevins also installed aluminum trim, vinyl soffit around the house and replaced all the gutters. All the jobs couldn't have gone better! All the crews were extremely polite and professional; their work exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again and highly recommend Bevins to others."

"Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. It was such a pleasure to have a Contractor do precisely what they say they can, and even do it better than you expect."
