I will say the salesperson said they could treat the outside "rain or shine' which sounded odd to me, and the tech said they could not treat the outside due to snow. Were not worried about it, but a pretty simple job for them to treat only the inside at a 1st visit cost. We will see how they do for the year of the contract."

Was informed that the service man had clocked into my house at noon. Since I'd never left my home all day that was impossible & told her so. She again said that her computer said he checked in at my home at noon. She finally kind of apologized & wanted to make another appointment for the following day. Just did not feel right about trying for another appointment and wondered if the person would even do a decent job of sprinkler repair considering his no shows."
