"I have relatively high standards for workmanship, and A&M was meticulous and excellent in my deck replacement. Even better was the information that was given to me by A&M to help make better decisions. They provided excellent guidance on the material, colors, design and the finished look. The cost was in the mid-range of the bids I had received, and it was reasonable. If you want excellence, this is the builder you want!"

"We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.

Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.

Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.

About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.

We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.

"We are nearly complete working with Jamie on our home renovation project, and could not be more excited with the outcome. Throughout the process, Jamie worked with us on our vision and had many creative and artistic ideas that are now part of our remodel. Jamie and his crew along with the electrician and plumber were all respectful of our space, and our home, leaving each day with everything cleaned up of all materials. The progression of the project was thoroughly communicated to us, so there were no surprises along the way. The quality and uniqueness of the work from a custom wood staircase detail and design advice were exceptional. We work together to create custom spaces, from the powder room to the sauna that Jamie designed himself. We are impressed with the quality of work that Jamie and all involved provided during the remodel. Jamie‘s fun and friendly demeanor made the process an enjoyable experience for our whole family. Craftwerk has transformed our home into a modern unique space that we will enjoy for years to come. Stevie DeGiulio"

"We had a maintenance contract with Sears Home Improvement. I would give them top grades. I will use them again."

"Greene Construction Inc was amazing. The best contractor I have ever had and will use them again for sure.
First they installed the egress window for us and the next day came back to build a pine wall and door so our middle child could have his own bedroom.
It took two full days and it was worth it. Both mornings they showed up at 8 AM and worked until it was done. They cleaned up well after the work was done as well.
The company is great and I recommend them to all.
TJ and Gary do great work and are really nice guys and they know what they are doing.
Demian, who is the owner - is the kind of contractor you want - A great one.
He was on vacation when I first contact him and he got back to me right away to set up a meeting. A contractor that actually wants business - finally!
Friendly, honest, great work and prompt.

"We started in the spring. Greg came out to assess my falling apart garage. He tore down the old garage and replaced it. As it is an attached garage, it was quite a process. Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. Overall, I am thrilled with my new garage and so happy that Greg was also able to redo the sidewalk and steps to my front door. The work is holding up beautifully and Greg and his crews were great to work with."

"It went very well. A professional company that will go the extra mile for its customer. I am well pleased with their work and would recommend them to all."

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

"We work closely with Jon Wilson and his team. I highly recommend Marketplace Homes!"
