"<p>At first I was a bit leery of handing out a good size check to get things rolling. My fears soon dissipated. Dale is very professional; he lets you know what will be done when and he keeps to it. He responds within minutes if you call, text or email him. I work out of town each week so a lot of communication was with phone, email, text and sending of pictures back and forth.</p> <p>All that means a lot, I do not to worry if and when things will get done. He may be a bit more expensive than other contractors...but you get what you pay for.</p> <p>I had a few issues after install, cracked toilet bowl, lighting issues.
