Scheduling was easy, he text when 30 minutes of arrival, arrived before the scheduled time, quickly identified the problem, ordered parts, fixed same day. This is the original stovetop when townhome built in the 1970s. His rates are very fair. He is honest, friendly and professional. "I contacted Adam's office staff via email to schedule repairs to be made at our rental home based on his excellent Angie's List reviews.  They were prompt and courteous, as was his service to the tenant.  Our tenant is a young professional and has always given us feedback on any folks that we've had do work in the home.  She found Adam to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and complete.  I found his responsiveness, price, and ability to solve the problem to be on target.  I also appreciated the fact that he was able and willing to let me know what services were performed by phone.  His office staff were friendly and prompt with getting me the invoice.  We have since called them back for additional work.  Unfortunately, it was work that they don't do.  However, they referred us to a company with whom they have worked it the past -- who completed the job promptly and at a fair price.  I would MOST DEFINITELY call Adam again!

"So I got a new microwave and new stove that could not be installed by Sears outlet delivery so I had to hire someone. I did some research a while back on this company and I had it on my corkboard. I looking the company up again to see if they were still around based on the ratings that people gave. I called and left a message and Michael called me back. We were able to set a Saturday appt and the work was done as agreed. Old microwave removed and new installed working great. New stove balanced and power cable put on working great."

"Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The next day as promised I received a call from the service tech, who was also courteous and knowledgable, telling me he was on his way and wanted to confirm our address. The repair was made and I was given the bill which included which I gladly paid. The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide.
