"Update review in April 2025. This company removed a bathtub and installed a walk in shower in November 2024. I recently learned that they did not obtain a permit and required in my city. Unfortunately the shower pan is not pitched properly so water pools in the corner. After numerous attempts to reach the company (phone always goes to voicemail) Steve scheduled and appointment with me to inspect the shower. He did not show up or call to cancel. The city inspected the shower and it failed inspection. They fined Premier Homes Pros twice. I reported the company to the BBB and Michigan Attorney Generals Office. As of today, Premier Home Pros has not contacted me or made an effort to resolve the issue or refund my money. Corporate office is in Ohio but they have an office in Farmington Hills MI. Neither phone number is answered by a person and calls are never returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They advertise 1 day installation which is only possible because they don't obtain permits!"

"They got my walk in Shower done in the time that they had said. They are very good to work with and cleaned everything up. We had a minor problem with the shelves and they came within reasonable time range to fix the shelves. I’m very pleased with them and the company, I would recommend them. "

"Professional and courteous workers. They did a beautiful job of enlarging and updating shower area to accommodate handicap issues. They asked questions and asked for our input. Also, very thorough with clean up. Our main installers were Tom H,& Matt C. At the wrap up of the project. 2 co-workers Nik K. and Deanthony J. Joined them to help wind up the project. If we decide to update our other bathrooms they will definitely be our team."

Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "I had my bathroom tub replaced. The worker was solo and completed the whole project in 2 days. His name is Zack Gierada. Very professional, called to advise homeowner when he would arrive. Zack answered all my questions/concerns, very appropriate, cleaned up after himself. Worked from the moment he came until the project was completed. I would recommend his work to anyone. "I asked the owner if he could install LVT and he confirmed he could but he would send his son to complete the job. I requested to install the LVT in my mud room and half bath. His son was a nice guy but did a below average job installing the tile. He struggled using the glue. He started out using too much glue. By the time he completed the job he left glue all over the tile. There was glue on the walls and on the trim. It was very difficult to clean up. He also made a few mistakes installing the shoe mould. Instead of fixing it he left the mistake. I had to reapply caulk because he missed some areas. The job looked rushed and I was left fixing a lot of errors. I attached a few pictures for reference. "
