"We would highly recommend Hardwood Headquarters in a heart beat. These men were so professional and worked hard to make our floor perfect for us, you can tell they have worked together for a long time. We tend to get nervous when we have work done in our home from previous contractors, these guys took all those fears away. Thank you Hardwood Headquarters! Mari & Ann"

"It was great. It was a very good work and were very happy with the result."

"sales was excellent, installation was excellent"

"Beautiful showroom, knowledgeable staff and clean neat installers made it a breeze!"

"Purchase and install Congoleum type flooring in kitchen and laundry room. Purchase process was pleasant. Installation was tedious and drawn out. The installers did not bring enough material, so the installation process became a two-week process since more material had to be ordered. Shoe molding was installed but it was so badly installed, I called (and stopped by the store a few times) to have this reinstalled correctly. Additionally, the installlers dragged the refrigerator and washer and dryer across the new floor leaving visible scrapes that won't come out. The final job was completed a couple of months later after my several visits to the store seeking resolution. A simple job took way too long, but the owners did come through to correct the installation."
