"The old gate sagged and drove me crazy scraping on the walkway. It was flimsy and looked really bad. Roger built a new, sturdy gate of good quality redwood. He put attractive hardware on it to enhance its appearance. The new gate is very securely fastened to studs and opens and closes just great. Roger had done fence work for me in the past and did a great job a always. He also makes sure you are pleased with the work and is very punctual. Great job.

This was a great rom that included my Living room, dining room, and Kitchen. It was completely finished in one day including trim, base boards, and doors. I highly recommend 4 comers construction. "Do make sure you and your contractor understand each other and explain exactly what you need and want.  Most often
old homes will have problems with dry rot, termites, old electrical and a good contractor lets you know you have these problems and will give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix them.  My opinion is if you are going to have a job done you should not mask problems.  We were fortunate not to have had dry rot.  The bones of our house was in very good condition.  However, our electrical panel was going to need replacing.  If you have your home already open to reside or whatever you are doing the extra time and cost is worth it.
