"I have two sets of solar panels on my roof - one section is 10 year old leased panels, and the other was purchased less than two years ago. Foolishly, I have never had either set of panels cleaned. I also wanted to make sure that everything was working as it should. When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with Josh and expressed what I was looking to have done. He told me about their Premium Solar Package which included several things: 1) a Multi-Point Inspection, 2) Monitoring of my Configuration, 3) Panel Washing, 4) providing a Solar Production Benchmark, and 5) Warranty Verification. I agreed that this was the package for me. On the day of my appointment, the technician, Israel, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing during his visit, and then proceeded to start inspecting and cleaning the panels. After he was finished doing his servicing, Israel took his time while thoroughly explaining his findings to me. It was exactly the information I was looking for to put me at peace of mind that every was working properly with my system. Additionally, he showed me before and after pictures of my solar panels so I could see how clean they were after his scrubbing of them. To say I was impressed with both the results and the friendly customer service would be an understatement! I thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone who needs their solar system cleaned, assessed, or repaired!"

"Solar 360 did a very good job.  I was concerned how the panels would look on my home since they would be on the front side of my house due to its southern exposure. Upon installation, I was very pleased with the overall look of the mono black Solorworld panels on my grey-toned presidential roof. Additionally, I was pleased with the configuration, installation and fit/finish of the necessary electrical boxes and inverts installed onto the side of the house.  I have looked at several other Solar installations in my general area and definitely believe the installation on my house is the cleanest and most professional looking.  The only hitches that occurred during the whole process was the scheduling of city inspections which took a bit longer than anticipated due to the backlog of pending inspections at the city.  Solar 360 kept me fully informed as to the inspection schedules and worked closely with the city to assure the necessary inspections remained in their proper queue position with the city.  The system was commissioned on April 7th 2015 and is producing energy at or, above the predicted levels.  In the 1st month the system actually produced more energy than used which resulted in a small credit on my electric bill."

I WILL NOW BE HIRING A LAWYER TO SUE THEM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT...WEB SITES FOR REVIEWS WAY DIFFERENT ON SOME OTHER SITES.......I PLAN ON CONTACTING THE NEWS ALSO ABOUT VERENGO AND THE SCAM THEY ARE TRYING TO PULL ON ME.....TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT............................................"
