They were very nice but we felt that their equipment should not have fallen apart inside our house. They did not charge us anything for trying to fix the problem; they just charged us for cleaning the sewer. They were very responsive and did their best to fix it but they just did not fill the hole that they put in. They did put in a new sewer cleanout and did not charge us for it so we appreciate it. We probably will not use them in the future."

"I just got off the phone with the owner of Stan's Plumbing and I just had to write a great review. <br /> I had an underground pipe leak in my back yard, and called for Stan's to come out for an estimate and help diagnose the problem and give me an estimate on the fix. <br /> The estimator and I had different guesses as to what the problem was, where the leak was, etc., but then I just got to speak with the owner and he understood the problem right off the bat and understood the best solution. <br /> Long story short; the problem got fixed with almost no effort or cost, and I really have to hand it to the owner for so quickly understanding what my concern/solution about what his estimator's guess was and working with me about the best and cheapest solution. A good man to speak with. <br /> Would I use them again? Absolutely... we have an old 1907 house that has so many electrical, carpentry and plumbing problems, and I know that our main plumbing service will someday have to be replaced... and when it does, we'll be calling Stan's Plumbing to do it. Robbie was at my house 30 minutes after I called to request an estimate, and was back at my house within an hour after I called to offer him the job later in the day. Robbie and Mason were friendly, quick, courteous, and did a very nice job on the installation.
