"We moved into our new home with a well 5 years ago.  No one had lived in it for several years.  The existing system had never been used.  (After the house was built it went into foreclosure - we had a several year old, brand new house as no one lived in it). So, the existing well/water system was brand new, unused but had also been neglected as it just sat there.  We had no idea what to do, was the system worth keeping? do we start completely over with a new one? The water that came out of our faucets smelled horrible, so we knew something needed to be done.  After trying to figure out things on our own, calling around and speaking to companies who wanted to replace the whole thing, we got Steve's number from a neighbor (we are each on 1 acre w/ well water and septic) and he took all the worries away.  He serviced what we had, made some recommendations that were very wise, added a tank and some other items for a fraction of the cost of what everyone else recommended.  Besides a few maintenace type repairs over the years (which are always completed in an extremely prompt, fairly priced fashion), everything runs great.  The company also now does monthly maintenance for the chlorine/saline (I really don't know what it is) and keeps things running smoothly.  I don't even have to think about it - our water is wonderful, smells great, taste great.

"I had what they describe as "a problem pool."  I was informed at the outset that the price would be higher as I had a larger pool and an in-floor filler/cleaner system to be examined.  As it was raining that day I underestimated (instead of counting precisely) the number of floor jets in my system.  Nevertheless, Manny was nice about it (despite my making the job more difficult), and only needed to charge $50 more still.  This man is an excellent, diligent, knowledgable professional in his trade.  He could also excel in other fields of detective work, I have no doubt.
This investigation and repair took around 11 days to complete and eventually required extra crew and managerial support but I was very happy to work along with them and let them take their time to do the meticulous and careful work that they are known for.  
We (well *they*) eventually tracked down some small leaks -- and finally THE big one which had eluded us all for so long (it was a crack just below the surface in the floor jet housing in the deepest part of the pool).
Of course I felt the price was high - compared to what I expected from the other reviews that I had read, but I had to admit that at the end of the day I feel like I did get very good value for money for all the work that was done and for the excellent end result.
This company makes the highest claims for itself, but does deliver, they have the knowledge, experience, tenacity and the equipment.  They are also dedicated entirely to leaks, so they have to be good at it.  The other good reviews are correct and I fully recommend their services, they will help you, and without extra drama.  You get what you pay for.
