"Steve showed up on time and went right to work.  I had explained to him I had issues with scheduling and getting a timely response from his company, but when you get a plumber willing to change a hose faucet for $69, you can expect a big backlog of orders.  I would say if you have issues booking an appointment to ask for Steve's cell number and bypass the person who handles booking appointments if you have a larger job than just a faucet replacement.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
