"Very nice young man. He came prepared to work. He cleaned up after he was done. He went out of his way to make sure I got my water back."

"We had a leaky water heater that needed replacement. We called Sunday afternoon. They came out Monday morning, explained clearly the options between a tankless and tank heater. We chose and they installed it that very day. By noon Monday, all was finished. It could not have gone any smoother."

"Kyle and his assistant arrived within appointment window time-frame. Quickly tested the elements on water heater and demonstrated integrity when giving report. They were professional and gave opinion on what could cause less hot water at times. I appreciated their quality of work and customer care. I would recommend this company and will use again if needed."

"It went wonderfully. They arrived early and didn't waste time getting things done. She has another bathroom and if she likes this she will call them back and have 2 more installed there. On the add category at the bottom you can not add grab bar installation"

"I am so grateful that I contacted EMS plumbing. They immediately reached out to me, discussed my options on replacing my tank water heater with a tankless. Nicholas helped me select what I needed and completed the job, efficiently and quickly. Great company to work with, very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend EMS for your plumbing needs. Professional, competent and courteous service."

"I called Professor Plumb when I started receiving higher than normal water bills. When I called them they were able to come out the same day and look for the problem. I love their purple trucks and their technician was very professionial, clean, and knowledgable. As it turned out we needed a house re-pipe due to a leak in our old pipes. They told us up front how much the job was going to cost before they began any work. The price was fair so we scheduled the job and once it began, they worked not stop to ensure that we were'nt without water for long. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

"Brian and Mike were great and did a wonderful job fixing my tankless water heater. However, I was given a window for the repair to take place between 8 AM and 1 PM - so I took off from work using leave time. But then they didn't come until about 5:30 PM. No communication that they would be that late."
