The contractors that came each performed extensive reviews, however a number of them provided caveats of the likely challenges in obtaining the right tile and tile size, except for Travis of Sunrise Roofing. Travis performed an extremely thorough inspection of our roof and provided a more pragmatic review and what the project would entail, without artificially inflating unwarranted concerns. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
