Receive another bid from one of the other larger companies town, and there was zero followup from other the other company, clearly didn't really want this job. Not Natures' Helper, followed up just as Jeremy said he wound and was able to get the install scheduled sooner than I was expecting. The install crew (both the plumber and sprinkler) were awesome, and they were able to get the job done without needing to cut any access openings in my just recently finished basement, a huge plus!!! Absolutely love the sprinkler system, not sure why I've waited until I'm almost 50 to enjoy the conveniences of having one. Also upgraded to include the rain sensor (a definite plus) and also the wireless remote option (a even bigger plus), being able to control via the app on my phone, very nice.
