"Was done professionally. Sent picture of the damage roof that needed fixed. Replaced the whole roof, repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. Did great work used high quality shingles and ice garden. I would recommend this business for any other work I would have done..."

"We investigated 4 companies of interest to do our steep multi-valleyed roof in standing seam metal. New Look won our vote. Such a project posed anxieties and concerns. Many were alleviated before or as I posed the concern. Jake did a wonderful job quickly following up on any little questions or concerns. The labor crew was excellent. They were a wonder to observe : efficient, clean, mannerly. Extra to the roof project was a custom built top chimney cage and a problematic gutter and downspout section. We were very pleased with the company's handling of incidentals."

"Caleb was very knowledgeable on what my roof needed. Caleb recommended that the whole roof be replaced and I agreed was thinking of a metal roof just put over the original and didn’t realize the extra weight that was added to that so glad he talked me out of it."

"Showed extra effort to get the job done quickly. Finished product was outstanding and we were so happy to be able to retain the historical integrity of our home with the slate roof repair. Area was left clean Would very highly recommend if you have an old slate roof in need of repair."

"First pro to offer to see roof and give estimate. In the area. Accepted the offer and as a bonus they were able to come repair early which ended up beating the storm that came Thursday. No leaks since their repair"

"I've never had to replace a roof before so I was a bit uncertain of how the whole process would pan out. But after talking with multiple contractors, it was clear Joe Palumbo and the Watertight Roofing Team was the winner. Joe was incredibly professional and thorough while initially estimating the job. We walked through all the different options including the pros/cons of a shingle and metal roof together. He gave very open and honest information on all the options and did not try to sell me on one particular product. His communication throughout the process was superb. Once on site, his team was extremely professional and you could tell they had a lot of experience. We love the final product and would recommend Joe Palumbo and the Watertight team to anyone looking for a high quality, honest and reasonably priced roof replacement. Thanks Joe!"

"Once started the work was done quickly. The original scope of work for concrete finish was changed at my request to use exposed aggregate making the pad look like one single pour. Wow, looks great, money well spent. Gable roof with cathedral ceiling and finishes match perfectly. Looks like it has always been part of the house. Light landscaping was also provided to repair lawn from construction damage. This was done by the contractor without charge or my request. There was a small leak that the contractor repaired after several trips. This was resolved to my satisfaction. The point here is the contractor took responsibility and returned until this was resolved. We love our new patio, it’s perfect!"
