"We had damage to our house from the Spring storms and some wood rot on the bottom of the trim on both of our garage doors. We hired Apex Design Build after they had a special on Angie's List. They replaced the shutter on our home, replaced some trim that came off in the storm that was above our two story entry way, painted all the shutters on our house and replaced the trim/weather stripping on our two garage doors with PVC that won't rot. They were very easy to work with and did a wonderful job on our house. We won't hesitate to call them again; in fact, we are going to have them do some more work on our house."

We would highly recommend them, from our first contact with the ladies in the office to the job being completed the communication was great. "Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."

"They were wonderful. The sq footage of the house is 1300sq foot, and it is one story. When I called them, I wanted them to come right out, but they said that it would be better to wait, until the tree had shed all it's leaves, or else it would fill right back up. They said to wait a week or so, and then they called and asked if the leaves were out, and I say yes, so they set up an appointment for the next week. They called on the day of the job, and said they had 4 jobs, and they kept calling during the day letting me know what time they were there. It was cold, and rain when they came, but they still did it, and they were wet, but they still did a great job doing it. I was tickled to death getting it done that cheap. They were very nice guys, and they were workmen. They were doing what they had to do, and they did it very professionally. They were just really good at what they did."

He took detailed photos, reviewed them with me and offered to work with my insurance company to get a roof replacement approved. Everything Nick said and did was truthful and helpful.
