"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"This is the 2nd time (and 2nd home) we hired Updike Bathroom Remodeling for bathroom remodeling projects. For this project, Dan Updike's company replaced three large previously damaged bathroom wall mirrors and installed backsplashes on four (4) bathroom sinks. They also updated our master bathroom shower stall by installing two permanent Onyx Collection Liberty Corner Shower Caddies with matching tile trim and two ADA stainless steel shower grab bars. During the planning phase, Dan visited the house two times to discuss our options, make recommendations, and take measurements. He provided his quote on time, explained the scheduling and payment processes, and set our expectations on how the project would be completed by his team. Everything went well. The two team members showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job completing each part of the project. They went above and beyond by completing a couple of unplanned items; patched two holes in the drywall at the top of one old mirror that was being replaced, then painted the area prior to installing the new mirror so everything would have a nice clean finish. They also vacuumed and cleaned all workspaces. We will definitely hire Updike Bathroom Remodeling for any future bathroom improvement needs."

They did not smoke or use profanity while working, which was so important to me. They did not mind me watching how they execute their plumbing skills. We also had a issue with our washer draining through existing plumbing. They moved the sink and created very neat plumbing along the wall behind the sink to flow into the new pump.
