"Literally received a call back within 5 minutes of requesting on Angie's List!! Very prompt, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It was the end of the day on a Thursday and he was at my house in a little more than an hour. Lucky had the issue identified with 30 minutes and ordered the part which came in the very next day. He came first thing the next morning and installed and within 1 hour I was doing laundry again!! And no additional charge for weekend! Total cost including parts and labor was $255. "Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. "I have a ge refrigerator that was not cooling .I called this company in the morning after I did an internet search and based on their reviews .the dispatcher was nice over the phone and was able to give the same day appointment (between 1-4pm) sure enough around 2pm I received a call from the tech saying that he is on the way.. every thing is good so far.it took him 10 mn (wow) and he figured that I have a defective main electronic board .he checked his truck and luckily he had the part in stock ..he replaced the part for me and cleaned my coils (free) ..the regular price was $365 and I told him about the coupon I had .he applied it and brought the price down to $315.. iam very I am inpressed and I will use them again for any appliance  thank you!!!
