In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Everything that Fred Ouellette explained during the estimate visit a month earlier was right on. after the installation they took the time to explain the new thermostat until we were comfortable with operating it. After they left, I took one more look around the house and noticed they forgot to put putty around the opening of the house were the pipes and wire entered. i thought no big deal i'll just get some and do it myself, about an hour later, Matt rang the doorbell and said he saw the putty in the truck when he got back to the office and on his way home from a long days work stopped by to finish the job. They did a great job and showed me the work that they did. The only issue I had was that they didn't know what to charge me after the work was done. I had to look up what I had put down on the deposit, then let them know the balance. The next company to come out was Atlantic Duct Cleaning for the duct cleaning and the Aeroseal duct sealing. Again, the contractors were friendly and thorough. They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts, and I got a report of the Aeroseal results from before to after. I can feel the difference in the warmth of the home. I would recommend both companies."
