"My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I have 4 kids, work a full time job & a part time job, and go to school full time. Mike was able to give me a quote over the phone with just a few photos (we knew it needed to be replaced due to where it was leaking from...this was an expected replacement). While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler. They were in & out in under 2 hours and everything is now working perfectly. We chatted a bit about other small plumbing issues I've had, that I'll definitely hire them for. Thanks for everything!"

"Mike Wiser was my tech, arrived early and happily replaced by broken sump pump with a new pump under warranty."

"We needed a gas valve replacement. Jason was great ! He completed the job quickly and expertly. Will definitely hire him in the future."

"We used Joel from Illinois Sewer and Drain. Joel called me immediately after I filled out the online form and was out to my house in 2 hours. In 2 days I had his estimate, which was fair and of great value. When I told him we were going to hire him he scheduled us for the next day. Six guys were here all day and the job was done in a day and a quarter. Joel was professional, classy, friendly, fair and kind. So were the men who work for him. We were very impressed. My husband asked Joel to look at our sump pumps and a silcock that was dripping. The next day he was out and replaced 2 of our 3 sump pumps, (which were not working at all) and some piping and fixed the silcock. So, two days after he replaced our entire septic tank we had him out to replace two of our three sump pumps! So yes ! We would use him again! We are thrilled with his work and his knowledge and professionalism and will use him again for sure. We are so grateful that we found him. We called for estimates from three companies and one came out and was charging a hefty price to do and exploratory evaluation. One never called me back and he was the one we chose, He so prompt and so professional and so fair. So thankful that we found him."

"I have hired Ryan on three separate occasions and will continue to utilize his services in the future. First project: Ryan installed a new sump pump with a battery backup, repaired a leaking faucet, fixed loose toilets by replacing the O-rings, and corrected a back flow issue with my dishwasher. Second project: A sewer pipe was severed at the point where it connects to the house. Ryan completed the repair efficiently within one day and also inspected my dishwasher when it was not functioning properly. Third project: I experienced a water leak, and Ryan promptly identified the source as a broken water line to the ice maker. Each time, Ryan demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to quality work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing-related services."

"The technician informed me the humidistat required replacing and the price was $430 after the coupon. After some research I found out the part replaced cost around $30 on Amazon. It only took the tech 20 minutes to replace it. The price charged for this repair was absolutely ridiculous. I will use extreme caution with Four Seasons in the future regarding suggested repairs if that is their standard practice to gouge their customers."

"We had our ejector pit pump go out, had a few people recommend Cosmic plumbing. Called and within 2 hours they had the pump back up and running! Can’t thank Chad enough for getting it fixed so fast. Could have been a disaster. Competitive pricing. Highly recommend!"

"Nice company. Paid $3800 for one sump pump and battery backup. Not sure if that’s a competitive price or not. Got the job done the same day."
