"Jody was very helpful and considerate. He gave me plenty of information regarding the different options I had so that I could make an informed and educated decision. He and his assistant did a great job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. After the installation was complete, they were sure to clean up their work area. I was also pleased that they returned to my house at a later date to make a modification to one of the pipes that I had requested. I would higly recommend 4M Plumbing to my family and friends."

"I did not hire Joe Nettles because what I thought was a leak somewhere in my home Mr. Nettles showed me that it was not a leak. From his experience he said that water was probably coming from poor caulking in a window or loose brick. I wanted to write this review to thank him for his honesty. It's not often you find a repair professional who will not try to rip you off and pretend that there was a leak because you don't know any better. Thanks again Mr. Nettles."

"Excellent service was very happy with the repair."

"Leak was found and repaired. They even put the dishwasher back in place."

"Checked our wine coolers to either tell us they are broken or there was a way to repair them.  They were quick, explained everything to me and didn't try to repair my wine cooler when it was cheaper to replace it.

"Technicians came on time, very efficient and immediately diagnosed the problem, that the drain pump was not working right, and replaced it in no time. Tested our washer and it fixed the problem."

"Peter came to my house and told me that the cracks were normal and the exposed tendons just needed a cleaning and sealing. He then walked me around my house and showed me what warning signs to look for to indicate real foundation issues and gave me tips on preventative care. I tried to pay him for his time, but he wouldn't accept it. He was very professional and courteous and could have told me I had problems and I wouldn't have known better. While I can't comment on their prices or quality of work, they are very honest and customer friendly.
