We knew we would be needing some degree of repair on our cap and pan, but David informed me that we had been fitted with the wrong size pan the whole time we have lived here and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. We were quite frustrated that no previous chimney service company brought the issue to our attention before the damage was done, but David put together a fair and comprehensive proposal to fix the chimney. Huge job that David and Zack’s crew, led by Jerry, got done a couple of days faster than quoted! Special shout out to Christine at the office for her speedy and super helpful communication! "This company uses misleading tactics to acquire customers! Please be careful when dealing with this company. (Bait and switch). I was quoted $300 for Two gas fireplaces to be inspected/cleaned. One fireplace was cleaned inspected and worked fine. I was charged a refurbished fee that was explained as included in the original quote of $300. (Inspection/CLEAN). But some how I was charged an additional $325 for small amount of sand and stones(Refurbished fee). And the second fireplace never got cleaned and is STILL NOT WORKING. I was baited by them talking about their 34 years of experience and how other companies don’t compare to the experience they have and they have the best price blah,blah 🙄 Don’t fall for it like I did. 🤦🏾‍♂️ If I could do it all over again 🤷🏾‍♂️ I would choose another company."
