"I met with quite a few contractors but had a good feeling about David and Ovi. Their bid was reasonable and straightforward. Ovi communicated regularly with me and my husband about each step of the process. I always felt comfortable with the guys that were working here. There was one measuring misstep early on, but they resolved it quickly and handled the fix with no issue. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with the final result. I was most nervous about tile work since I know it can mess up a room if not done well, but they did such quality work. They also completed everything in the timeline quoted, which was another win. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"If I had phoned Gino with Imperial Remodeling Inc., it would’ve saved hours of doing piece meal work on the home I moved into last fall. This this is the second home that Gino has remodeled, including kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, floors, and epoxy garage. All were completed in six weeks. Gino’s expertise, sound advice and excellent contractors made the transition seamless. I would not have taken on the enormity of the projects without having Gino as the contractor. My home feels brighter, more spacious, and easier to maneuver in now that the project is finished.
