"Anthony & his worker Charlie of API PROPERTY SVCS did not run away when they saw a leak in a difficult location like the last sprinkler company I used from HA - American Irrigation. The leak was under my deck and masonry. API worked hard for over 3 hours to carefully remove boards from my deck so as to be able to replace them, to identify source of leak. When that didn’t work, they dug UNDER the brick & bluestone masonry so as not to undermine it (risk collapsing it) until they found source. Very clean and meticulous. Highly recommend for difficult as well as easy sprinkler system work. Fee was reasonable for the effort expended."
