"I called Zoom Drain after my regular roto rooter company could not clear out kitchen sink drain. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Sean Hunt and his partner came the same day I called, on a Friday afternoon. They performed the hydro jet service and cleared a very bad drain. They were wonderful to work with, cleaned after they were done, and were covid compliant. They were very professional, and I love that I received emails confirming the appointment, including the name and picture of the technician. Definitely would use them again."

"Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.  <br />"

"They were very fast and had top of the line equipment but I feel like they overcharged me. They even did some upgrades on the sewer main. They were fast , efficient and used best equipment for the job. They put a big improvement by adding sewer line access intake pipes (2) so that you can now clear out sewer Clogs from the back yard intake access pipes without running a snake from inside the bathroom. They did a hydro jet clear out which was expensive but did eliminate the roots which were entangled in the main sewer drain line. That said they did charge very expensive for the job as it was financed thru Syncrony Bank and they did charge it to the max. I should have gotten a senior discount but did not ask as it was emergency rush job which had to be done fast. I Tried to have advanced mechancial do the job first as they are my preferred plumbers and are very reasonable but they declined to do job because they did not want to go up on roof. Then I called clearall."

"We called Degennaro Plumbing during our kitchen remodel. They came out and provided a clear and fair quote to install a new faucet / disposal / water filter and re-plumb everything under the sink. Once we had a countertop install date we scheduled John from Degennaro to come out and perform the work the next day. John arrived on time, performed the planned work and additional unplanned work as scheduled. John was polite, prompt and explained everything that needed to be done.
