"After an extensive process of having different contractors evaluate my home & submit their estimates for the installation of a Bosch tankless boiler/water heater combination unit as well as new baseboard heating, I selected AStar Heating & Cooling. Their staff impressed me from start to finish. Initially, I met Aaron who provided a thorough explanation of how the work would be done, offered other options that I did not know of or considered at the time, and provided a fair estimate that was similar to most of the other contractors. Next, when the time came for the projects to be completed, the technicians, Robert & Trevor, were on point. They always arrived in a timely manner & started working right away. They worked efficiently & quickly to get the projects done in the time frame promised. However, they did not rush, they took pride in their work & made every effort to make sure the work was completed neatly & done properly, as they thoroughly tested out the systems to make sure their were no issues/problems in their setup & performance. "As a realtor, I found Rich from Expedient Environmental Solutions while searching for a client who needed mold remediation. He and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. "Highly recommended. After a 27 below windchill over night my grandson woke up to what no one wants to hear, water running throughout the house. We had frozen pipes that burst. Premier was at the house within 3 hours of my call (they were already out helping other homeowners with frozen or burst pipes) and fixed all 8 areas where the pipes burst. They were there until 7:00pm. Very pleasant to talk to, he explained everything thoroughly and took pictures so I can turn it in to my insurance company. They charged me a very fair rate."

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
