He was very efficient and he cleaned up afterwards. Answered any questions I had. Price same as quoted. I would hire them again. Just a note- the heaters the pro can buy are not the same as you can get at a big box store. This one is from the professional series. Lots of differences."

He arrived on time, and was very thorough in walking me through my options. His quote was timely, and was the best price of my 3 quotes. My cousin, who was visiting, said she would hire him to do a lobotomy - she was so impressed. They were able to start quickly, helped me with sourcing everything. They kept me informed, and were very kind. Evan came to do the demolition, and the plumbing. He was kind, explained things to me, tolerated my dogs, and worked tirelessly. He even came back on Saturday, to fill in the trenches after the inspection on Friday. I felt completely at home with them and their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I hired them once. They installed a new water heater. That was a good experience. I have another project I wanted to hire them to do it. I had 7 (seven) lights were installed in my kitchen. The company that did that used Utilitech lights. (Care Electric was the one who installed these cheap crap lights. Out of those 7 lights only three still work. I wanted to hire this company to fix that. They quoted me Five Thousand dollars to install the Newblights. I did not use them as it was overpriced in my opinion. I am still seeking a company that will quote a reasonable amount to either put seven new lights in my kitchen or Replace the four that went dark. I do not like the Utilitech lights which are discontinued anyway. Care Electric did the original Shoddy work that cost a lot and did not last. This company wanted to follow their example by charging me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install five lights? I am not rich and live in a modest home. I must look stupid and appear to be a perfect candidate to be ripped off is all I can think. Jane G."

He worked in a timely manner and did an excellent install. He kept the area clean as he worked and removed all debris when he finished. I would recommend Doug's work. He did a fine job for a fair price.
