"Of course this happened just as I was leaving town, so I made arrangments while I was out of town for Appliance Marshall Repair to come to my house on my first day home after my trip. As promised, the service person (David) called prior to his arrival at my house. He was on time, very nice and professional, and got to work immediately examining my dryer. He found the source of the fire (in an electrical component), but also found that the belt and door hinges were soon to be a problem. He didn't have the replacement parts on his truck, but since the dryer was nearly ten years old, and the repairs/parts would cost nearly $500, I opted to simply purchase a new dryer. David accepted my Angie's List coupon for 10% off the service call. I was very happy with the company, with David, and my experience overall, and would definitely use Appliance Marshall Repair again."
