I searched for a Chicago electrician and Arnold Electric came up first. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. Jack came out to gave him an estimate for a whole home generator. He went with the Kohler home back up generator installed instead of the Generac because handle the extra surge of the AC kicking on and not hurt my electronics. We were lucky he didn't didn't need it during the storms this weekend, but having the home generator gave us all piece of mind that if he did need back up power it was there.
