"The guy who came out his name was Eldridge and he was very helpful in explaining how their company controls pests. They are flexible with scheduling. It appears they use green / eco friendly products which put my mind at ease. They also gave an Angie's List discount. He did an excellent job! "Noticed a couple mouse droppings in my basement so I called Plunkett's - my landlord at a previous location swore by them for pest control. I signed up for the exterior service. Plunkett's was very responsive from the start. Person came out within a business day or two of my first contact, she very thoroughly inspected the exterior of my house and plugged all the possible mouse-entry homes. This included happily fighting through very painful and thorn-ridden landscaping to make sure she wouldn't miss even an inch of stucco when checking for holes. On the interior, I already had several traps placed in my basement, so the person suggested I skip the full interior service (where they set and check traps) and instead just made recommendations of how I could better place the traps. She also noticed one successful capture and removed it for me. Very hard working and thorough, would call again but hopefully that's not necessary..."

"We had a severe ant problem in our condo last year. AAA Pest Management applied treatment for ant control in/outside our condo in August 2020. The ant problem was resolved after the first treatment. As a result, we had AAA Pest Management perform a yearly application starting in May 2021. Steve was efficient and professional in his work effort. His service was reasonably priced. We will continue to hire AAA Pest Management for pest control in the future."
