The repair person informed me that his shop was close by and had the replacement model I wanted. I found them a bit pricey but the job was done in 2 hours max. Didn't give '5' because the gentlemen was a bit messy but no big deal."

"Dillan was the mechanic who came to the house to do this job and a job about 2 weeks ago to replace the kitchen faucet and fix any leaks around the sink. He was pleasant, helpful and efficient, and did an excellent job both times. We have used alert plumbing since the mid 2000's at least and will continue to use them in the future. They have an answering service that takes your information and relays the message to them, and they have always responded within an hour or 2 tops, they set up a time to come out and usually call before they arrive to remind me. <br /> I like that I can count on them! <br />"

"call another company told me that they will be out in two days, told them i have no water! they did't care.Call someone else and they said i needed a pressure tank, they replaced it . still no water then they told me i needed a switch, replaced that still no water. Then they told me that i needed a new water softener, & well pump. that's when I called AAWS Water and was here in less then an hour. right a way charlie told me it was the well pump he was cheaper then the other company he got it done tested my water softener did not need a new one, I did not need to replace my tank old still had air. The pump was all i needed!! the onther company cost me money i did not have. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
