"In May 2018, we contacted James about the job and setup an appointment for an estimate. James came at the appointed time. Because of the nature of the space to be enclosed we spent considerable time discussing and reviewing options for routing of the fence and fencing options. We setup a date in mid-July 2018 to install the fence - to allow time for materials to come in and to accommodate our June/July vacation plans. On the appointed date, James and his crew arrived to install the fence. They part of one day removing our old fence and setting posts for the new fence. They returned a day later to install the chain link. All went well. The crew did a professional job. The work area was nice and clean at the end of the project. Overall great experience."

"Fence installed by Mr. Sizemore alone. He had no crew. Said we did not need survey - having to survey again because new tenants in the new house next to our property line saying fence on their property (in some places) but no problem with them?!?. Lot of left over fencing and cement which we paid for but gave to Mr. Sizemore to move from our property. Plat of fencing and plat of cement left and approximately 20 bags of cement was rained on. Fence not installed the length we paid for so we lost money!!!!!! He was to do another project for us to replace wood under carport which we paid him an additional 600.00 to do and he used old vinyl siding already there saying he did not know anything about siding. He supposedly replace the top with the right boards? Used stain he had left over from another project which was not the color we were supposed to have because he said the heat ruined left over stain from the fencing. Now the siding trim is falling down - not a professional job at all. He is a good person but needs help with his business. Said he was trying to get help but no one wants to work!! He did a professional job with the fencing that he did install but we lost money!!! If on neighbor’s property, fencing will have to be removed!!! A potential issue Nightmare!!!"

"the pull-chain on the Fan/light had broken off just at the point it emerged from the fixture, (because of the wobble) and a replacement at that point would not go thru the hole. he drilled out the hole so the chain connection would pass thru without problem. I had tried to put a dimmer switch on a 3-way switch and the whole thing ceased to function. once the correct switch was in, everything worked as it should. done in under an hour, had everything he needed for the job. cost included a replacement switch. pleasant and professional. reasonably priced"

"The existing fence in my backyard recently toppled over in a storm. I have dogs at home, and it was important to me to have a new fence placed in a timely manner for the safety of my pets. I reached out to Joey and received an immediate response. Joey even came out to assess my yard on the same day. He took multiple different measurements, as I had been considering fencing in a larger portion of my yard. He even discussed additional options such as trying to repair my old fence and also different styles of fencing. Within 24 hours of his visit, Joey gave me at least four different quotes. All the prices provided to me were very fair. Once I made my decision regarding my project, Joey started work the next day. He removed my old fence and placed a new fence in three days (and this includes rain delays). Joey is kind and very professional. He communicated with me throughout the entire process.
