Within minutes of completing Angi's intake form, I received a phone call from Day & Night and we arranged a home visit for the same afternoon. Day & Night's Ngura Sailo arrived a few minutes early (awesome!), was friendly, respectful and COVID-safe (e.g., remained masked during entire visit). I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a bathtub drain leak. Ngura walked me through his diagnosis of both problems. I agreed to a toilet replacement. Ngura left to pick up a new toilet and returned in under 60 minutes. He installed the new toilet quickly and cleaned up completely afterward, taking our old toilet with him for disposal. And he fixed our bathtub drain leak free of charge, improvising and creating a tool out of scrap copper pipe to do the job. Throughout the entire process, Ngura answered every question I had and explained every step. I would hire Day & Night again in a heartbeat, and I would request Ngura Sailo by name."

"This began badly at first for Shane my technician. After being advised he was on his way, I was called by Jackie that he was caught in traffic and later learned it closed down 5 lanes of I 495. Even then he arrived within my two hour window. Both my kitchen drains were thoughly clogged. Shane was able to unclog both drains and install a new garbage disposal. Rema removed part of the gutter pipe and inserted a snake to clear the drain. The underground pipe was cleared and I saw water dispensing onto the street, along with the debris that was blocking the pipe. "I had Mayco Andrade Plumbing come to my house to give me a free estimate on repairing or replacing my toilets, replacing my kitchen faucet and replacing the pop-up drain in my master bathroom. The plumber Ariel took his time and explained everything to me. He also told me he would recommend me replacing the entire toilet because if you repair it, it could leak. I searched for other plumbers to compare the estimates however, every other plumber I called charged a fee for an estimate. They would wave the fee if I decided to go with that company. I did not want to pay an estimate fee so I called to schedule Mayco Andrade Plumbing. Ariel came back to my house. When he went to shut the water off to replace the kitchen faucet. He noticed I needed new valves. Again he explained what having bad valves meant. I decided to replace the valves and Ariel replaced them first. I was always watching him and asking questions. He always took his time to explain everything to me. I really love my new faucet, toilets, and I'm glad the drain works in my master bathroom."
